What a great idea for a series. From the horse's mouth, as they say...

Hi Julie,
I love observing and chatting to kids about what they like to read. It gives a fascinating insight to writing for a particular age group/ target audience.

This is a great post Renee. Your blog dropped off my follow list for some reason, hence my delay in replying; that and a lot of dedication to Easter. Loved hearing what our 'real' audience had to say!! Thanks.

Hey Dimity,
It'll be interesting to discover what younger children (2-5 years)like to read also.
